The Aficio™ 1085 produces an amazing 85 A4 pages per minute. Thanks to the Copy Connector Kit, you can link two Aficio™ 1085s for an incredible output speed of 170 ppm! Moreover, this powerful copier can be turned into a high-volume printer by adding the optional printer controller. Thanks to the Aficio™ 1085, High Volume environments can now enjoy all advantages of real digital technology. Original documents are stored into memory, which reproduces them as often as you like at first rate quality. To top it all off, the Aficio™ 1085 is equipped with a number of production features so you can create professionally finished documents in one uninterrupted flow.

• Scan Once, Print Many: Protects delicate originals, eliminating the possibility of damage due to excess feeding. Saves wear and tear on the document feeder; reduces operating noise
• Send Once, RIP Once, Print Many: Minimizes network traffic by sending jobs, regardless of the number of sets required, as a single job (Send Once). Jobs are formatted one time (RIP Once), spooled to the copier Hard Disk Drive (HDD), and produced at full system speed
• Connect Copy/Connect Print: Optional ability to connect two Aficio 1055s together to DOUBLE copy or print speed up to 110 pages per minute
• Job Preset: Allows up to 8 print jobs to be set up and scanned into memory, eliminating the need to wait for one job to be completed before the next one can be programmed
