The Aficio 2022 multifunction document management system is designed to simplify document creation and production while enhancing distribution of hardcopy and electronic files. The Aficio 2022 offers digital copying along with optional network printing and scanning and fax functionality.
Aficio 2022 :: Features
- Scan-Once-Print-Many: Enhances productivity by scanning originals into memory once, and then producing the desired number of sets from memory. Lets you attend to other business while copies are being made. Saves wear and tear on the originals as well as the document feeder and scanner. Reduces the likelihood of jams and other malfunctions
- Image Rotation: Original images are automatically rotated 90° to match the orientation of the paper supply, reducing wasted copies and faster productivity
- 50-sheet Automatic Reversing Document Feeder (Optional): Eliminates the need to manually place each original onto the platen glass when copying, faxing, or scanning
- Stackless Duplexing: Virtually unlimited double-sided copying, printing and faxing with top-to-top or top-to-bottom orientation at 100% speed. Enhances productivity and reduces paper consumption and filing space
- Automatic Tray Switching: Automatically switches paper sources allowing longer copy, fax, and print jobs to be run without pausing for refills
